I have a high headed horse who I believed has not been mouth correctly. The only advise I give is to make sure you do introduce it in an arena or small paddock because the feel is much much more different to the horse. Control is obtained via much lighter hand. I purchased this bit for our Arab mare we purchased recently who definitely hasn't been mouthed properly, she is very ignorant and bullish.
